Dasos has agreed commercial terms regarding substantial renewable energy development in Ireland. It is a multi-site project with a knowledgeable developer and asset manager, with identified capacity of some 70 wind turbine generators and 375 MW.

Preliminary feasibility screening has been completed, and during the next 12-24 months the developer will carry out detailed technical and environmental assessments on each site, aiming at signing option and lease agreements without delay. Renewable energy is an important non-timber revenue stream for Dasos’ forests in Ireland, and elsewhere in Europe.
