Dr Olli Haltia, Managing Partner of Dasos Capital Ltd – CapMan Natural Capital, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of The International Sustainable Forestry Coalition (ISFC https://is-fc.com/).

The ISFC is currently 14 globally leading forestry companies, stewarding and managing more than 16.1 million hectares (39.8 million acres) of forests for production and conservation in 33 countries on all six forest growing continents.

The ISFC was formed in September 2023 to bring together the forestry sector to help solve some of the world’s greatest environmental challenges. ISFC’s mission is to advocate for increasing the global provision of renewable materials in the circular bioeconomy; supporting growth that is compatible with climate and nature recovery; embedding science-based principles in policy and incentives; and increasing benefits to rural and Indigenous Peoples.
