Real estate development is a standard means for value creation within Dasos properties. When awarded with executable construction permits, a wide range of various building sites are frequently supplied to market to match the demand.

Since the first offence by Russia against Ukraine in 2014, a regular and continuous screening for buying candidates of the building sites has been maintained. In view of risks related to security and for the sake of responsibility, the aim of such implemented measures has been systematically to exclude the entities, companies and citizens of the attacking country from the group of the potential buyers.

Based on a recent interim review regarding the success of the implemented screening, the process has performed very well. There have been no property sales to Russian buyers.
