Dasos Capital Oy and Swedish forest investment company Latvian Forest Company AB (publ) have signed an agreement, in which Dasos sells a package of forest properties located in Eastern Latvia to Latvian Forest Company AB (publ).

Dasos has systematically consolidated and intensified the management of its forest portfolio in Latvia. As a part of the consolidation process and after completing successfully the process of forest certification, Dasos has decided to sell the non-core properties located outside of its core operational region in Eastern Latvia.

Latvian Forest Company AB (http://www.latvianforest.se) is a publicly traded, Swedish limited liability company that offers private individuals and legal entities the opportunity to invest in forest properties through a publicly traded shares in Latvia.
